Q: Your reservations show that there are no seats available online… can I still book?
A: Unfortunately, if it shows online that there are no seats available at that time, we are indeed fully booked. We hope you are still able to join us at another date and time!
Q: Can I bring in a cake or beverage for our reservation/event?
A: Unfortunately, due to our Food Safe regulations, we cannot have outside food our drinks brought into the cafe for consumption. You may bring in a cake for photos to send home with guests to enjoy!
Q: Can I make a reservations for a party over 7 people online?
A: Please contact us via email or telephone (604.888.8386), as we would be more than happy to assist you with reservations for parties ranging in size of 7-40 guests.
Q: Do you offer customized weddings & corporate events?
A: Yes, we look forward to hearing from you. Please contact us via email or telephone (604.888.8386) to discuss further.
Q: Do I need to make a reservation in advance for Afternoon Tea?
A: We highly recommend reservations for all guests (which you can book online here) as our seating times can book up quickly. However, it is not required for our Afternoon Tea.

Q: Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?
A: We do not offer returns or exchanges. All Sales Final. Once online orders are placed they cannot be cancelled.
Q: How does your sizing fit?
A: We carry sizes XS-XL in a variety of lines including our own private label. Typically, sizes fit true to size. Each posted item will display the measurements for our Medium size to gauge best fit.
Q: Where do you ship to?

Q: If a product is Sold Out, will it be coming back?
A: Typically, we offer small-batch sizing to a more one-of-a-kind shopping experience. However, please contact us if you are looking for a specific size and style at info@littlewhitehouseco.com
Q: Do you carry more pieces in store than the ones shown online?
A: Yes, we do! Due to high volume of turnover, we only offer short-term limited options online. We would love to see you in the store to see what else we carry!
Q: Do we need to bring our own shopping bags?
A: We highly encourage you bring a reusable shopping bag, we only carry a small amount of shopping bags that restock with our clothing inventory, because of this we often run out of bags between shipments.
